What is time-and-a-half in math terms?
Time-and-a-half usually means the hourly rate multiplied by 1.5 for each overtime hour: OT pay = rate × 1.5 × OT hours. Nestfigure lets you type any multiplier your plan uses.
What is double-time in this calculator?
Optional hours paid at a second multiplier (default illustration 2×): double-time pay = rate × double-time multiplier × double-time hours. Nestfigure does not decide when double time applies.

Are annual and monthly figures exact paychecks?
No. Annual estimate multiplies this period’s total by weeks/year you enter; monthly divides that annual figure by 12. Real calendars, unpaid weeks, and taxes differ.
